In order to help the club, please fill in a standing order form as well.
For Insurance purposes, there is also a temporary membership form which is valid once only for a period of 15 days. This is to be used if you wish to go underground on a Club trip before deciding whether you wish to join.

There is a Club Handbook available for members which you should receive upon joining. If you don't have a copy, you can request one from the Club Secretary.
